Celebrating Young Authors: Aaliyah and Carl’s Literary Achievement!

Please take a moment to help us celebrate a few Eagles from East and their English teacher (Miss McDonald).

Let’s shout congratulations to two middle schoolers,  Aaliyah and Carl!!!!!

They have become published authors!  5th grader Aaliyah and 8th grader Carl wrote horror stories for a Young Writer’s Contest : Fright Club! Their story was chosen to be published in the publication “Fright Club – Enter if you Dare!”

They have received a certificate and a bookmark for their great creativity writing skills.
